We are proud to announce the launch of The Provenance Series, a new dinner series dedicated to celebrating the producers, artisans and stories behind Australia’s wonderful produce.
The first dinner in the series celebrates our outstanding sustainably sourced seafood and the suppliers behind it, special guests Frank Theodore and Jason Craus of GetFish.
The dinner:
A seafood-led 7 course menu highlighting the remarkable variety and quality of seafood from Australasian waters, paired with select Australian wines.
The evening begins with Champagne and canapés on Catalina’s stunning terrace, where guests will have the chance to meet Catalina’s chefs, Mark and Alan, before taking their seats for a night of discovery and sensory indulgence, as Frank’s storytelling guides guests through each dish being served, sharing insights into harvesting methods, species selection and the unique stories of the regional produce.
