CATALINA gift vouchers are an inspired idea for loved ones or friends for any occasion, from birthdays to Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, and Christmas to engagement and wedding gifts. CATALINA gift vouchers are also a wonderful way to thank business associates or employees.

Gift vouchers are available instantly online or can be mailed anywhere in Australia within approximately 3-4 business days. CATALINA does not take responsibility for Australia Post delivery times.

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and must be used within this time frame (voucher extensions are unfortunately not possible). 

PAYMENT FOR MEAL If you are unable to attend a reservation but would like to cover payment for the final bill, you can do so by completing the form below and returning to us 24 hours before the reservation arrival time. The reservations team will contact you to confirm receipt.

PAYMENT FOR WINE OR CHAMPAGNE Enhance the dining experience of friends by arranging for a bottle of their favourite wine, champagne to be served with their meal, or a signature CATALINA cocktail to be served on arrival with your compliments.

Please select from our current wine list and bar menu, which can be found on our Menu page, complete the order form below and return it to us 24 hours before the reservation arrival time. The reservations team will liaise with our sommelier and bar manager to confirm availability of your beverage selection and then ensure that your selection is delivered to the table at the appropriate time.

CAKE ORDER REQUEST At Catalina, we love to make sure that every dining experience is special. When celebrating a birthday or special occasion, you may wish to consider including a delicious cake from our talented pastry team. (Please note that we require 48 hours’ notice for all cake orders).

Alternatively, we can arrange for a short, personalised message and candle to be added to the guest of honour’s dessert choice on the day. Please let us know about your celebration request at the time of booking.
