We are featuring two separate offerings:
5 COURSE SEAFOOD TASTING MENU
Exclusive to Delicious Month Out, and available for the first time ever, CATALINA celebrates the best of Australia’s natural, farmed and sustainable seafood, with a produce-and-provenance driven 5 course Tasting Menu.
The experience includes Meet the Chef, who will describe the provenance, preparation and garnish of the dishes.

Freshly shucked Sydney Rock oysters, natural and lime ceviche
Crudo of Coral trout and Ama Ebi prawn, coral mayonnaise, garlic lemon dressing, pickled radish
Pan seared Abrolhos Island scallops, spanner crab mousse, miso hollandaise, potato crisp, sesame and cucumber salad
Crispy skin Murray Cod, prawn and tomato concasse, chive, trout roe, avruga, salsa verde
Spiced pineapple and lime curd pavlova, coconut and vanilla bean sorbet
