GROUPS 11-19

Whether you're marking a special occasion or gathering your favourite people for a long lunch by the harbour, CATALINA offers a memorable experience for groups of 11 to 19 guests. You'll be seated together in our main dining room, with personalised touches like printed menus, place cards and curated wine selections available on request. A seasonal fixed price 3 course à la carte menu is available for all group reservations including bread, coffee/tea, and petits fours. Canapés on arrival can also be arranged to begin your celebration in style.
All beverages are charged on consumption, and a 10% service fee applies to tables of 6 or more.
GROUPS 20-40

Planning something a little larger? CATALINA is an unforgettable setting for milestone celebrations, client lunches or special get-togethers with 20 to 40 guests. The dining package includes a 3 course fixed price à la carte menu with bread, coffee/tea, and petits fours – all enjoyed against the stunning backdrop of Sydney Harbour. We offer complimentary personalised menus and place cards, and can arrange floral centrepieces for an additional fee. Please note that we do not allow BYO cakes, but we would be happy to organise one through our pastry section upon request.
A minimum spend of $250 per person applies, inclusive of all food and drinks, with a 10% service fee added to the final bill.

With panoramic harbour views, an open-plan dining room, floor-to-ceiling glass doors and a sun-drenched balcony perfect for arrival drinks and oyster bars, CATALINA sets the scene for milestone moments, product launches, sailing regatta dinners and standout corporate events. From seasonal menus and tailored wine selections to elegant candlelight and harbour-facing spotlights, every detail is designed to impress.

CATALINA can accommodate up to 150 people for a seated event (capacity subject to theming, entertainment and staging requirements).
CATALINA can accommodate up to 300 people for a cocktail style event.

No, CATALINA does not charge any ‘room hire’ fee. The minimum spend requirement can absorb ALL food and beverage as well as crew meals and dance floor hire.

Yes, CATALINA offers menu tastings for up to 4 people, Monday – Thursday, LUNCH ONLY, 4-12 weeks out from your confirmed event date. The food component is complimentary.
At the tasting, wines are recommended by our Sommelier according to your budget and individual taste.
Beverages are charged on consumption and the bill must be settled on the day of the tasting, it cannot be added to the bill on the day of your event.
All your requirements, details, timings, table plans etc. are discussed in detail and finalised with your co-ordinator on the day of the tasting.
CATALINA does not offer menu tastings for cocktail parties.

Yes, CATALINA has a list of preferred suppliers. You are, however, welcome to use any suppliers you wish.

Suppliers can access CATALINA for bump in from 9am for a lunch event or 5pm for a dinner event. Bump out commences from guest departure time – 5pm for a lunch event, 12am for aa dinner event. ALL items, furniture, staging and theming must be removed at the conclusion of your event, not the following day.
