CATALINA Introduces ‘Pelican Hour’,

A Highlight of the New Spring Dining Experience

CATALINA’s Pelican Hour, available Monday through Thursday from 3:00pm to 6:00pm, is a delicious new way to while away lazy, sunny afternoons at the Catalina Bar.

For $20, guests can enjoy a half dozen freshly shucked oysters served tableside with red wine and eshallot vinegar; lime chilli and tobiko, dressing, or with an optional Caviar Bump supplement for a touch of indulgence. A selection of classic cocktails, also priced at $20, complements the relaxed waterfront vibe.

"This menu is all about capturing the feeling of Spring by the water – vibrant flavours, pristine seafood and the kind of dishes that make you want to linger just a little longer at the table," says Executive Chef Alan O’Keefe. "Pelican Hour takes that spirit and makes it effortless, with oysters and cocktails enjoyed as the afternoon sun dips over Rose Bay."
