The menu is contemporary Australian, focusing on Mediterranean flavours, and is complemented by one of the best wine lists in the country.

Our Functions Manager, Danielle Drysdale, and our kitchen and dining room team are all committed to creating and executing a unique experience every time, and we regularly exceed our client’s expectations.

SEATED LUNCH OR DINNER

$165 per person:
4 course menu comprising 2 canapés per person, choice of two entrées, choice of two mains, set or alternate served dessert (or dessert canapés or dessert degustation platters), coffee, tea & petits fours.

$195 per person:
Travelling entrée (selection of 10 canapés served as entrée, cocktail party style), followed by choice of two main courses, set or alternate served dessert (or dessert canapés or dessert degustation platters), coffee, tea & petits fours.

$200 per person:
4 course menu comprising of 5 canapés per person, choice of two entrées, choice of two mains, set or alternate served dessert (or dessert canapés or dessert degustation platters), coffee, tea & petits fours.

Cocktail party

The canapé menu is a balanced selection of cold, hot, seafood, meat and vegetarian options (more substantial canapés also available), and sweet canapés (optional) priced @ from $4 - $10 per piece. Canapé list available upon request.

Beverages

You are welcome to pre-select your champagne, wines and other beverages from our current comprehensive wine list 2-4 weeks prior to your wedding. Our sommelier is happy to guide you through our extensive wine list to assist you in making the perfect wine choices to match your menu for your special event. 

Menu tasting

Menus are selected at a complimentary tasting for maximum four people during a Monday to Thursday lunch (excluding public holidays and December), at which you sample a selection of restaurant quality entrées, mains and desserts. (Tastings are not available for cocktail food). 

At the tasting, wines are recommended by the Sommelier according to your budget and individual taste. Wines tasted are paid for on the day. 

All of your requirements, details, timing, table plans, etc are discussed in detail and finalised with your co-ordinator on the day of the tasting.
