You are welcome to pre-order from the following canapé selection which will be served on arrival to your guests. 

To enjoy canapés on arrival for your group booking, we require your selection with at least 48 hours notice. 
 

Seafood:

Freshly shucked Sydney rock oysters served natural; eschalot and red wine vinegar (GF,DF) $7

Poached prawns with fresh lemon & aioli dipping sauce (GF, DF) $10

Tempura prawn with ponzu dipping sauce (DF) $10

Salt and pepper cuttlefish with nam jim dipping sauce (DF, NF) $6

Grilled Kingfish with miso dressing and micro coriander (GF,DF) $7

Crab tartlet with chilli tomato concasse $8

Snapper ceviche, sour cream, lime and chicharon (GF) $7

Seasonal fish croquette with lemon aioli (DF) $6

Steamed dumplings (prawn) (DF) $6

Meat:

Crispy pork pancake, hoisin, shallots and cucumber (DF) $8
