Catalina has played host to some of Sydney’s most spectacular private and corporate events. With an uninterrupted 180 degree Sydney Harbour view, the versatile layout of the restaurant lends itself to exclusive use for:

• Cocktail function for up to 200
• Formal sit down dinner for up to 150 (130 with dance Floor).
• Less formal ‘Travelling entrée”, followed by sit down main course and dessert
• Dégustation lunch or dinner with matching wines
• Product launch
• Breakfast meeting/media launch for up to 150

All functions feature restaurant quality food derived from Catalina's a la carte menus, and impeccable, professional high-ratio service. 

La Dolce Vita  (Italian for "The Sweet Life") is a luxury water limousine that can be chartered for any occasion: perfect for VIP and wedding transfers and photos. Skim across the waterscape of the most beautiful harbour in the world in a classic Italian wooden speedboat, and arrive or depart from Catalina in style.

MV Reef Goddess offers private Sydney Harbour transfers for 30 - 70 people.

Smaller groups

Catalina also regularly hosts smaller sit down groups from 13-50 people in areas within the restaurant itself. Tables are grouped together; menus, place cards and wines organised; and clients' needs individually assessed and accommodated.

Catalina has a dedicated, experienced function and wedding co-ordinator who consults closely with the client, is creative and personable, and gives complete attention to every detail.

Weddings

Catalina is renowned for its wedding events: Winner 2005 and 2006 Restaurant and Catering NSW Metropolitan Awards for Excellence: Best Restaurant Wedding Caterer.
Each wedding is individually planned and executed with exact attention to detail. Everything from the food, wine and floorplan of the restaurant is designed with you, making certain your wedding day is truly individual.
