Michael McMahon was a protege of the late Australian wine legend Len Evans, and has had more than 35 years exposure to the great wines of the world. The wine list at Catalina has a truly global appeal. It is as important as the food, the service or the view.

Sommelier Simon Curkovic (Winner 2008 Gourmet Traveller Sommelier of the Year, and currently studying his Master of Wine) works with Michael to ensure the Catalina wine list is one of the most comprehensive in Australia. The list carries more than 800 wines, representing Old and New World, with a minimum of 30 wines available by the glass.
